WHO: Before going any farther, let me just tell you a bit about myself...
• My name is John Curtis, Ph.D., I'm a researcher, consultant and author based in Western N. Carolina. I've written two books on relationships
and marriage.
• Before consulting and writing, I was a full-time marriage and family
counselor.
• I consult and speak nationwide, have appeared on shows such as NBC's Today
Show, the Bloomberg Channel and been interviewed on dozens of radio shows.
• I have a weekly S.A.G.E. newspaper column and moderate a S.A.G.E. podcast
counselor.

This attempt to get co-authors for the S.A.G.E. Advice for Life book will fail if you can't trust me and the opportunity. The whole purpose of the effort is to get you to be a co-author, I can't write this book myself... that defeats the purpose and this is where you come in.
Here are the principles that will govern the project...
For example, if the first S.A.G.E. Advice for Life book goes to print with 20 contributors, each contributor will receive 1/20th of the profit paid directly to them on a quarterly basis.

- Create a simple process to capture the wisdom, common sense and good judgment of the elders in our society before they are lost forever.
- Develop a method, so that once gathered, this SAGE advice can be “reinvested” in America by giving real-life, common sense solutions to help the needs of younger generations.

- You are not now, nor will you ever be asked for money
- All that is asked is that you pick a chapter(s)that interest you
- Email or send your 500 - 1500 word SAGE advice appropriate for the chapter(s) you pick
- A team of elders from Western N. Carolina will review all submissions
- The selected submission will be sent to the publisher for a professional edit
- The printer will produce a high quality book and do the distribution and marketing
- All expenses will be covered by Project Sage
For example, if the first S.A.G.E. Advice for Life book goes to print with 20 contributors, each contributor will receive 1/20th of the profit paid directly to them on a quarterly basis.
- Example #A: 1,000 books x $18.95 = $18,950 ÷ 20 contributors = $947.50 paid to each contributor
- Example #B: NO books are sold and all each contributor receives is a FREE copy of the book and the only thing you are out is the time you took to write your 500-1,500 words
